On September 16, 2025, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, sitting in Panels, considered the issue of admitting 124 candidates to undergo qualification assessment and participate in the competition for vacant positions of judges of the High Anti-Corruption Court, announced by the Commission on June 03, 2025.
Based on the results of the session, the Commission decided to admit 98 persons to undergo qualification assessment and participate in the competition.
Twenty-six persons were denied admission to the competition (qualification assessment).
It should be noted that 205 persons submitted documents to participate in the competition to the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine. Admitted candidates can simultaneously apply for vacant positions of judges of the High Anti-Corruption Court of both instances – 13 positions of judges of the first instance and 10 positions of judges of the Appeals Chamber.
The Commission plans to start the qualification exam on October 01, 2025.
