The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine announces the introduction of a practice of publicly presenting regular digests aimed at increasing the transparency of its activities and strengthening public confidence in judicial administration bodies.
The first digest covers the Commission’s decisions for the first three quarters of 2025, in particular regarding:
- the implementation of competitions for positions of judges of courts of appeal;
- the formation of the judiciary of the High Anti-Corruption Court;
- the conduct of qualification assessments;
- the selection of candidates for positions of judges of local courts.

The introduction of systematic digests is part of the implementation of the Roadmap on the Rule of Law, a strategic document that defines the set of reforms necessary for Ukraine’s accession to the European Union.
Regular publication of digests of the Commission’s decisions will contribute to greater transparency and ensure European standards of judicial selection.
