
Following consideration of the recommendations of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine and the submissions of the High Council of Justice, 15 judges were appointed to the courts of appeal and local courts on June 02, 2026 by Decrees of the President of Ukraine Nos. 454/2026–468/2026 (in Ukrainian).
12 candidates were appointed following the results of the competition for the courts of appeal, announced by the Commission on September 14, 2023:
- Tetiana Lavreniuk to the Eastern Commercial Court of Appeal (recommended for the position of a judge on August 15, 2025);
- Artur Bielousov to the Zhytomyr Court of Appeal (recommended for the position of a judge on September 29, 2025);
- Dmytro Bredun to the Zaporizhzhia Court of Appeal (recommended for the position of a judge on December 22, 2025);
- Maksym Hurenko to the Chernihiv Court of Appeal (recommended for the position of a judge on December 22, 2025);
- Lidiia Klymenko to the Zaporizhzhia Court of Appeal (recommended for the position of a judge on December 22, 2025);
- Tetiana Kononenko to the Zaporizhzhia Court of Appeal (recommended for the position of a judge on December 22, 2025);
- Volodymyr Nikitin to the Zaporizhzhia Court of Appeal (recommended for the position of a judge on December 22, 2025);
- Dmytro Sakoian to the Zaporizhzhia Court of Appeal (recommended for the position of a judge on December 22, 2025);
- Liliia Saltan to the Zaporizhzhia Court of Appeal (recommended for the position of a judge on December 22, 2025);
- Andrii Stelmakh to the Chernihiv Court of Appeal (recommended for the position of a judge on December 22, 2025);
- Oleksandr Suprun to the Chernihiv Court of Appeal (recommended for the position of a judge on December 22, 2025);
- Stanislav Chernopiatov to the Chernihiv Court of Appeal (recommended for the position of a judge on December 22, 2025).
3 judges have been appointed whose terms of office have expired following the completion of their five-year term:
- Bohdan Bazarnyk, a judge of the Netishyn City Court of Khmelnytskyi Oblast;
- Yurii Hlomb, a judge of the Rivne District Administrative Court;
- Vita Levchuk, a judge of the Kostopil District Court of Rivne Oblast.
