On June 03, 2026, the Commission approved the coded results of the practical assignment in the local general court specialisation (the fourth stage of the qualification exam), completed on October 28, 2025 by participants of the second group of candidates for the position of a judge of the local court and judges who have expressed theit intention to be transferred to another local court:

For the purpose of calculating the score awarded to a participant for the practical assignment in the relevant court specialisation, a coefficient of 2 is applied.
The passing score for the fourth stage of the qualification exam is set at 75 per cent of the maximum possible score, which corresponds to 112,5 points.
Please be reminded that in order to keep participants in the qualification exam informed of the results of the practical assignments, the Commission has decided to publish such results on its official website without delay following the completion of the checking process and the approval of the coded results.
Pursuant to paragraph 6.2 of Section 6 of the Regulation on the Procedure of Qualification Examination and Methodology for Evaluation of Candidates, the decoded results of the practical assignment will be approved only after all papers within the relevant local court specialisation have been checked and assessed.
The specific arrangements for completing the practical assignment within the qualification exam for candidates for the position of a judge of local court and judges who have expressed their intention to be transferred to another local court, approved by the Commission’s Decision No. 173/zp-25 of September 19, 2025, provide that participant is entitled to inspect his or her own practical assignment booklet and all scores awarded (the exam record sheet for the assessment of the practical assignment) only after the Commission has adopted a decision approving the decoded results of the relevant stage of the qualification exam (stage).
