On April 27, 2026, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, in plenary session, considered the issue of terminating the participation of candidate Oleh Khamkhodera in the competitions for vacant positions of judges at the Specialised Circuit Administrative Court and the Specialised Administrative Court of Appeal.
Based on the results of the session, Oleh Khamkhodera withdrew from the competitions for the Specialised Circuit Administrative Court and the Specialised Administrative Court of Appeal.
