On March 13, 2024, the plenary session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, at its meeting, considered the issue of recommendations for appointment to the positions of judges.
The judges passed the qualification evaluation and were recognized by the Commission as suitable for the position.
Taking into account the results of the qualification evaluation, the Commission decided to recommend:
- Oksana Svitlyk for appointment to the position of a judge of the Uzhhorodskyi City-Raion Court of Transcarpathian Oblast;
- Kimal Huseinov for appointment to the position of a judge of the Zhovtovodskyi City Court of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast;
- Viktoriia Polova for appointment to the position of a judge of the Novoushytskyi Raion Court of Khmelnytskyi Oblast.
