On March 25, 2026, the First Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine considered the issue of submitting proposal with a recommendation for secondment of a judge to another court of the same level and specialisation for the administration of justice.
In connection with changes to the territorial jurisdiction of court cases, the Commission decided to submit to the High Council of Justice a proposal with a recommendation for secondment, for a period of one year, of Maksym Rukas, a judge of the Bilovodsk District Court of Luhansk Oblast, to the Shakhtarsk City Court of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast.
