On November 19, 2025, the Second Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine considered an issue of recommending the secondment of a judge to another court of the same level and specialisation for the administration of justice.
Due to changes in the territorial jurisdiction of court cases, the Commission decided to submit a recommendation to the High Council of Justice to second judge Olena Chorna of the Pokrovsk District Court of Dnipropetrovsk Region to the Synelnykivskyi City-Raion Court of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast for a period of one year.
