On December 18, 2023, the Panel of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, at its meeting, considered the issue of submitting a motion to the High Council of Justice to dismiss a judge from his or her position.
Based on the results of the qualification evaluation, three judges were found to not correspond to the position held. The Commission decided to submit a motion to the HCJ for dismissal:
- The Judge of the Pokrovskyi Raion-Court of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast — Iryna Yedamenko;
- The Judge of the Holosiivskyi District Court of Kyiv City — Oksana Myroshnychenko;
- The Judge of the Sviatoshynskyi District Court of Kyiv City — Andrii Kliuchnyk.
