On May 22, 2025, at the session of the First Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine the interviews were held and the results of the qualification evaluation of two candidates for the positions of judges of the administrative courts of appeal were determined.
Based on the results of the qualification evaluation, the Commission made the following decisions:

Please be reminded, that 67 candidates for the positions of judges of the administrative courts of appeal were admitted to the second stage of the qualification evaluation “Dossier Study and Interview” in the competition to the appellate courts. This stage was launched by the Commission, sitting in the First Chamber on May 06, 2025.
A total of 22 candidates were interviewed: 4 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice in the administrative court of appeal, 6 candidates did not confirm their ability to administer justice, and 12 more candidates will be interviewed in plenary.
