On May 29, 2025, at the session of the First Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, interviews were held and the results of the qualification evaluation of four candidates for the positions of judges of administrative courts of appeal were determined.
Based on the results of the qualification evaluation, the Commission made the following decisions:

Please be reminded, that 67 candidates for the position of a judge of the administrative court of appeal were admitted to the second stage of the qualification evaluation “Dossier Study and Interview” in the competition to the appellate courts. This stage was launched by the Commission, sitting in the First Chamber on May 06, 2025.
A total of 30 candidates were interviewed: 6 candidates have confirmed their ability to administer justice in the administrative court of appeal, 9 candidates have not confirmed their ability to administer justice, and 15 candidates will be interviewed in plenary session.
