Competition for the Chernihiv Court of Appeal: Four Candidates Confirmed Their Ability to Administer Justice, One Candidate Failed to Confirm It

On November 20, 2025, at the session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, interviews were conducted and the results of the qualification assessment of five candidates for the positions of judges in the Chernihiv Court of Appeal were determined.

Based on the results of the qualification assessment, the Commission took the following decisions:

Please be reminded that, 40 candidates submitted applications to participate in the competition for 22 vacant judge positions at the Chernihiv Court of Appeal.

In total, interviews were conducted with 36 candidates for the position of judge at the Chernihiv Court of Appeal: 23 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice in a general court of appeal, 5 candidates failed to confirm it, and interviews with 8 candidates will be held in the plenary session of the Commission.
