On November 27, 2025, at the session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, interviews were conducted and the results of the qualification assessment of four candidates for the positions of judges in the Kyiv Court of Appeal were determined.
Based on the results of the qualification assessment, the Commission took the following decisions:

Please be reminded that, 93 candidates applied to participate in the competition for 45 vacant positions of judges in the Kyiv Court of Appeal.
In total, interviews were conducted with three candidates for the position of judge at the Kyiv Court of Appeal: one candidate confirmed their ability to administer justice in a general court of appeal, one candidate failed to confirm this ability, and one candidate will be interviewed by the plenary session of the Commission.
