On December 11, 2025, at the session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, interviews were conducted and the results of the qualification assessment of two candidates for the positions of judges in the Lviv Court of Appeal were determined.
According to the results of the qualification assessment, Petro Tarasevych scored 411,96 points. The Commission recognised the candidate as not having confirmed his ability to administer justice in the general court of appeal.
Regarding Viktoriіa Koretska, a break in the consideration of the issue was announced.
Please be reminded that 55 candidates submitted applications to participate in the competition for 28 vacant positions of judges in the Lviv Court of Appeal.
In total, interviews were conducted with 12 candidates: 9 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice in the general court of appeal, 1 failed to confirm it, and 2 candidates will be interviewed by the plenary session of the Commission. One candidate withdrew from the competition.
