On February 25, 2026, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, in the plenary session, considered the issue of confirming the ability of two candidates for the position of judge to administer justice in the Mykolaiv Court of Appeal.
Based on the results of the session, the Commission took the following decisions:

Please be reminded that 23 candidates submitted applications to participate in the competition for 21 vacant positions of judge in the Mykolaiv Court of Appeal.
In total, interviews were conducted with 11 candidates: 8 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice, while 3 candidates failed to confirm it.
