On February 05, 2026, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, as part of the panel , considered the issue of admitting candidates to undergo qualification assessment and participate in competitions for vacant positions of judges in the Specialised Circuit Administrative Court and the Specialised Administrative Court of Appeal.
In accordance with the planned schedule for competitions to newly established specialised administrative courts, the Commission has begun the candidate admission procedure, during which 356 applications for participation in the competition submitted by 268 unique candidates will be considered, 88 of which are for simultaneous participation in competitions to the SCAC and SACA.

The Specialised Circuit Administrative Court considered the admission of 44 candidates to the competition: 40 persons were admitted to participate in the competition, 4 were rejected.
