On October 29, 2025, the First and Second Chambers of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine considered the issue of submitting a recommendation on the secondment of judges to another court of the same level and specialisation for the administration of justice.
Due to changes in the territorial jurisdiction of court cases, the Commission decided to submit a recommendation to the High Council of Justice to transfer judge of the Marinskyi Raion Court of Donetsk Oblast Yana Shkarlаt to the Kyiv Raion Court of Odesa for a period of one year.
Due to the excessive workload of the court, the Commission will submit a recommendation to the High Council of Justice to transfer judge of the Toretskyi Town Court of Donetsk Oblast Anzhelika Ostroverkhova to the Verkhniodniprovskyi Raion Court of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast for a period of one year.
The Commission also decided to submit a recommendation for the early termination of the secondment of judge of the Lymanskyi Town Court of Donetsk Oblast Nataliia Serdiuk to the Oleksandriiskyi City-Raion Court of Kirovohrad Oblast and her simultaneous secondment to the Solomianskyi District Court of Kyiv City for a period of one year.
