Please be informed that, on December 01, 2025, the period for submitting and signing documents for participation in the competition procedures for vacant judge positions in the Specialised Circuit Administrative Court and Specialised Administrative Court of Appeal began in the judicial career e-cabinet. It will last until December 23, 2025 (inclusive).
In order to verify the correctness of the QES (qualified electronic signature) key, we urge you to log in to the judicial career e-cabinet in advance.
After logging in to the e-cabinet and selecting the appropriate candidate card, the left side of the page will display sections with the types of documents to be submitted as part of the required procedure. The document upload function in the account is active and available for use.
Please be noted that, scanned copies of documents must be of high quality, legible, and clearly reflect the information regardless of the content. The file format for uploading (except for photos) is PDF.
If the document is successfully added, information about it will be displayed on this page, and the status of the document will be set to “Added.” The date and signature on the documents will be generated automatically when they are signed (using the “Submit documents” function on the card for the relevant judicial career procedure).

Given the legal regime of martial law, we urge candidates not to wait until the last day to submit their documents!
Before submitting and signing documents, make sure you have not forgotten to attach all documents to the relevant procedure card. Once the “Submit Documents” and “Sign Documents” functions have been activated in the judicial career e-cabinet, it will not be possible to make changes to the submitted package of documents.
