Throughout October and November 2025, the Commission conducted the fourth stage of the qualification exam (performance of a practical assignment in the specialisation of the relevant court) for candidates for the position of local court judge and judges who expressed their intention to be transferred to another local court.
The check of practical assignments performed by candidates for the position of local court judge and judges who have expressed their intention to be transferred to another local court by members of the examination commissions is ongoing.
At the same time, the Commission is conducting, in particular:
- interviews with candidates in the competition for positions of judges of courts of appeal;
- check of practical assignments performed by candidates in the competition for vacant positions of judges in the High Anti-Corruption Court;
- checking documents submitted by persons for admission to the qualification assessment for participation in the competition for vacant judicial positions in the Specialised Circuit Administrative Court and the Specialised Administrative Court of Appeal;
- reviewing dossiers and conducting interviews during the qualification assessment of judges for suitability for the position.
Given the workload of the Commission members, the Commission plans to complete the verification and assessment of practical assignments performed in the specialisation of local administrative and commercial courts in February 2026, and in the specialisation of local general courts in April-May 2026.
