By Decision No. 72/zp-26 of June 15, 2026, the High Qualifications Commission of Judges of Ukraine approved the coded results of the fourth stage of the qualification exam (completion of the practical assignment in the specialisation of the Specialised Circuit Administrative Court) within the framework of the competition announced by the Commission’s Decision
No. 193/zp-25 of October 29, 2025.

Following the completion of the decoding procedure, by Decision
No. 73/zp-26 of June 15, 2026, the High Qualifications Commission of Judges of Ukraine approved the decoded results of the fourth stage of the qualification exam (completion of the practical assignment in the specialisation of the Specialised Circuit Administrative Court) within the framework of the competition announced by the Commission’s Decision No. 193/zp-25 of October 29, 2025.

Please be reminded that candidates for the position of a judge of the Specialised Circuit Administrative Court completed one Type 2 assignment.
In accordance with the guidelines for assessing the practical assignment, the maximum score for the model judicial decision in the specialisation of the Specialised Circuit Administrative Court was 75 points.
For the purpose of calculating the score awarded to a candidate for the practical assignment in the specialisation of the Specialised Circuit Administrative Court, a coefficient of 2 was applied.
The passing score for the fourth stage of the qualification exam in this competition was set at 75 per cent of the maximum possible score, i.e. 112,5 points
